Nostalgia. Nostalgia. Nostalgia.

The old Himalayan 411 is making a comeback in its new avatar on September 4, 2026. It is going to get the Scram 440’s engine, 21-inch wheels up front, and the plush suspension feel that it was known for.
But why is Royal Enfield bringing the OG back?
The simple answer is that there was huge demand when the bike was taken off the showroom floors. Its simple, rugged and no-nonsense design, along with its go-anywhere attitude, made it an adventurer’s favourite. And you only miss what you have when you don’t have it.
So, Royal Enfield’s global audience and fans are also watching with their eyes wide open, as it will soon hit global markets afterwards. The new iteration of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 440 will have 25.4 bhp and 34 Nm of torque.
So, the bike will definitely have a ready-made audience and buckets of nostalgia!
